Adriana Kaitlyn Dinh, also known as Ngoc Anh, age 17, passed away unexpectedly on March 28, 2026, in Marietta, Georgia. Born on January 20, 2009, in Naperville, Illinois, to loving parents Kiet and Janie Dinh, Adriana was a junior at Kennesaw Mountain High School and a dual enrollment student at Kennesaw State University. Beyond her impressive academic and extracurricular achievements, Adriana was a devoted daughter, sister, relative, and friend whose love, generosity, and light touched everyone around her.
From a young age, Adriana lived her life with intention and purpose. She pursued her goals with an unwavering conviction and discipline that belied her years, balancing the demands of school, athletics, volunteer work, and family with remarkable grace. Her dedication to her friends and family was evident in everything she did, as she always made time to support, encourage, and inspire those she loved.
A natural leader, Adriana was deeply involved in student government, contributing over 300 volunteer hours to her school and community. She was a gifted athlete, competing in volleyball, cross country, and track and field, consistently demonstrating determination, perseverance, and teamwork. Beyond her physical and academic pursuits, Adriana nurtured her creativity through crafts and styling hair, passions that eventually evolved into a dream of pursuing a career in dermatology. She aspired to attend medical school and open her own clinic, reflecting both her artistic talent and her commitment to helping others.
Adriana’s discipline extended to all areas of her life, from her academics to her physical fitness and spiritual growth. She approached life with high standards, always striving for excellence while embracing kindness, humility, and a forgiving spirit. Her faith was central to her being, and she demonstrated a deep love for God in her daily life, inspiring those around her with her unwavering devotion.
Though Adriana’s life was tragically short, she made the most of every opportunity and experience, leaving a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She dreamed of traveling the world, experiencing life fully, and she achieved so much in her 17 years. Her memory will live on through her parents, Kiet and Janie, and her siblings, Aaron and Alyssa, as well as through the many friends, teammates, teachers, and community members whose lives she enriched.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9th, 2026, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 2950 Cobb Parkway NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152. A Service Mass will follow on Friday, April 10th, 2026, at 11 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, 1618 Ben King Rd NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Guests are invited to honor Adriana by wearing an accent of green.
